When an in-house accessibility assessment is conducted, as recommended by The U.S. Access Board to be done annually, there is a standard 4-step process that can be followed, as outlined below. The U.S. Access Board works with the Department of Justice on the oversight and enforcement of ADA regulations and accessibility standards. Part 1 of this Series will focus on Step 1.
